Beyond a standard catalogue, YUNFAN Power works as an extension of your engineering team. Since 2005 we have built cooling fans to customer drawings — from a 40 mm fan with a custom connector to a fully private-labelled IP68 series — for buyers in more than 50 countries.
What we customise on an OEM / ODM cooling fan
- Air performance — impeller and blade angle tuned for your airflow / static pressure target, so you can drop the fan into an existing duct or heatsink.
- Electrical spec — 5 V, 12 V, 24 V or 48 V DC; 110 V, 220 V or 380 V AC; EC versions with 0–10 V or PWM speed control.
- Functions — FG tachometer output, RD locked-rotor alarm, PWM speed regulation, temperature-controlled speed, reverse rotation.
- Bearing and life — sleeve, hydraulic or dual ball bearing, selected against your ambient temperature and expected L10 life.
- Protection — IP55 / IP68 waterproof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion and high-temperature versions for outdoor and industrial cabinets.
- Mechanical — lead wire length, connector type, terminal direction, screw holes, frame colour and laser marking.
- Branding and packaging — your logo on the hub or frame, private-label cartons, barcodes and retail-ready packs.
How an OEM project runs
1. Requirement review
Send the frame size, voltage, target airflow or static pressure, noise limit, expected life and annual volume. Our engineers reply with a recommended model or a short feasibility note — usually the same working day.
2. Sample and verification
We build samples against your drawing and supply the performance curve, so your team can test airflow, noise and EMC inside the real enclosure before committing to tooling.
3. Validation and approval
Samples go through life test, high and low temperature cycling, drop test and burn-in. You receive the test record together with the CE (LVD / EMC) and RoHS documents your market requires.
4. Mass production
Production runs on our own injection, winding and assembly lines with 100% end-of-line performance testing, so batch-to-batch airflow and noise stay inside the agreed tolerance.
Quality system behind every custom fan
YUNFAN Power is an ISO 9001 certified factory. Motors use 100% copper wire and first-grade silicon steel, impellers are one-body injected or welded to the rotor, and every fan is checked for current, speed, airflow and noise before packing. Standard products carry a two-year warranty.

Most custom projects begin with an existing platform: DC axial fans (40–280 mm), AC axial fans (80–225 mm), EC axial fans, DC blower fans and fan guards. Tell us the model and what has to change, and we will quote the modification.
